Serves 4 
 
  Ingredients: 1 bag 
  shoots (green batavia lettuce, red batavia lettuce, lollo rosso lettuce, spinach, and arugula) 1 bag 
  selected shoots (green batavia lettuce, lettuce, red chard, radicchio) 
  cherry tomatoes (I put 16 small whole tomatoes) 
  extra virgin olive oil Salt 
  Cream modena balsamic vinegar 1 can 
  peppers piquillo about 150 g. 
 drained  A bottle of light tuna in olive oil 140 g. 
  drained 4 spring to shape 
  PREPARATION 
 -Cut red peppers into strips and reserve. 
 -In a bowl, put 85 g. each bag, some cherry tomatoes, if ye lay your little ones whole, and if not, cut him in half olive oil (to taste), salt (to taste), and a spoonful of cream of balsamic vinegar, stir. Book. 
 -Put the rings on the plates, and place within half salad, distribute the strips of piquillo peppers, and other  de ensalada. Poner encima el atún, y quitar el aro. Echar por encima crema de vinagre balsámico (como para adornar, como está en la foto), y a la mesa. 
   NOTA: Las bolsas de brotes tiernos y brotes selectos, el frasco de atún claro en aceite de oliva, y la crema de vinagre balsámico de modena las he comprado en Mercadona.
