Short Term Effect Of Syphilis

BREAD FLOUR





For 2 bars Ingredients: 500 g.

100g white wheat flour.
bread flour 280 g.
water 10 g.
salt 1 envelope of dry baker's yeast, 5 g cornstarch
PREPARATION

-Sprinkle some flour on the counter, and put the dough, cut into two equal pieces, and cover with plastic wrap to avoid drying out. Bolearla Take a piece and closing out the ball, and re-cover with the film. Repeat the same with the other piece. Let stand for 5 min. for the dough to relax.
-Set the oven at 30 °.
-Forming the two bars about 30 cm. long, the ends round up (take a piece and pull the roller, make a rectangle and roll the dough in a spiral by the longer side, push a bit at the end to seal the roll, thus forming the bar). As we move forming rods put them in a baking tray with baking paper side of the end of winding down. Do the same with the other piece of dough, separated from one another so they do not come together to ferment, cover with cling film and put up a damp cloth. Turn off the oven tray and cook for 1 hour and 15 min. (Until double in size)
"When has doubled in size, remove pan from oven and set it to 220 º. Put a bowl of hot water to make steam.
-practice in each bar a smooth cuts with a sharp knife. Spray with water bars, and while putting them hot oven for 25 min.
-Remove and spoon onto a rack to cool down slowly.
